We are fortunate to offer services to all plans associated with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. However, everyone’s plan is different, and the coverages will vary for each individual. If you would like to determine what benefits you may qualify for, we recommend you give your insurance provider a call. They will ask for your ID information, group information, and what services you are looking to receive. We can also be of service in verifying your benefits once we have a completed intake form with all necessary insurance information. Feel free to give us a call in order to get your child scheduled and see how we can best help you through this process.Our current offerings for AHCCCS plans are expanding and our team is in the process of increasing coverage to all AHCCCS plans as quickly as possible. We are currently accepting AHCCCS patients from all major plans as an out-of-network provider. A direct referral from your child's pediatrician with diagnosis and therapy recommendations is necessary to allow our team to work with your insurance plan.
