Speech and Language pathologist

Kristina Snow, M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Kristina graduated with honors while earning her Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Missouri State University. She moved on to attend Midwestern University where she received her Master of Science degree in Speech and Language Pathology.

Kristina has been an SLP for five years. She has provided speech, language, and feeding services in just about every setting, working with patients from newborn to over 100. She has accumulated experience with infant feeding and swallowing, stroke and aphasia patients in both in-patient and out-patient settings, and has spent the majority of her career treating preschool and elementary aged children in both the school and private practice settings. She has extensive experience evaluating and providing speech/language/feeding therapy for children with various types of disorders, including those involving articulation, expressive/receptive language, developmental delays, Autism, Down syndrome, childhood apraxia of speech, dyslexia, and more.

Kristina loves the challenges that come with a career in Speech Language Pathology and believes that with the appropriate interventions and familial support, every child can succeed and reach their full potential. The reward of providing a child with a voice outweighs any challenge that this field presents.

Lauren Hampton, M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Lauren graduated with honors while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in May of 2020 from Purdue University Fort Wayne. Lauren continued her education there earning her Master’s of Science in Speech Language Pathology as of May 2022. 

Lauren has been a practicing SLP and been providing pediatric therapy services for early intervention for a total of seven years. Lauren has spent the past four years working with the pediatric population in both the outpatient and home-based settings. She has experience evaluating and providing speech/language/feeding therapy for children with various types of disorders. These disorders include articulation, expressive/receptive language, developmental delays, Autism, Down syndrome, childhood apraxia of speech, and more. She has additional training in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) with programs such as LAMP Words for Life and TouchChat. 

Lauren chose Speech Language Pathology as a career after two of her children needed therapy services themselves. Lauren felt passionate about helping other families in the same way that speech therapy provided for her family. She enjoys watching families celebrate all victories, both big and small! Lauren views every child through a different lens and strives to provide services that best meet the specific needs of the child and their family.


Jamie Banfield, OTD, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Jamie graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services from the Pennsylvania State University. She continued her education in Boston, earning her entry-level doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions, where she gained clinical experience working in outpatient pediatrics, home health, and adult rehabilitation settings. She completed her doctoral capstone project that examined the relationship between inclusive design strategies and the level of participation and accessibility for individuals with physical, sensory, and brain-based conditions. Jamie was published in the Annals of International Occupational Therapy after co-authoring a comprehensive review of occupational therapy’s role in environmental sustainability.

Jamie has extensive outpatient and early intervention experience that includes working with a variety of diagnoses, such as developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, ADHD, emotional disorders, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, feeding difficulties and more. Jamie is passionate about helping children and their families achieve their goals using child directed, play-based therapy. She strongly believes in creating a fun, safe, and trusting environment where children can learn the skills they need to be functional and independent in their everyday activities, while also fostering feelings of inclusion and success during the sessions.
